Over the past two years, stepping onto auditorium stages and outdoor campus courtyards across Kolkata and West Bengal—from serving as Special Guest and Jury Judge at **PHOTON’26 at The Heritage College** (supported by Nikon Bengal), to leading journalism and cinematography internship seminars at **Gurudas College**, mental wellness through photography labs at **Bhairab Ganguly College**, and outreach sessions at high schools like **Belgharia Jatindas Vidyamandir**, **Deshapriya Vidyaniketan**, and **Surah Kanya Vidyalaya**—has reaffirmed why visual education is my life's calling.

Three Discoveries from Mentoring 2,000+ Students

1. **Young Creators Crave Philosophical Depth Over Gear Specs:** Whenever we move the conversation away from camera body comparisons and into *why* a frame evokes loneliness, courage, or joy, an entire auditorium leans forward. 2. **Photography as a Tool for Mental Wellness:** In our school and college outreach programs, we have witnessed how mindful observation—walking slowly with a lens to notice light on leaves or human kindness on the street—becomes a powerful antidote to digital anxiety and screen fatigue. 3. **Bridging Campus Enthusiasm to Industry Reality:** Through RAP Education Photography School (https://rapeducation.com), our mission is to ensure college photography clubs are not isolated hobby circles, but launchpads into professional photojournalism, commercial direction, and global visual authorship.
